Description
Clonazepam (Klonopin) is used for the following purposes,
1) To prevent and control seizures.
2) To treat panic attacks.
3) It belongs to a class of drugs called benzodiazepines.
The recommended dosage for panic disorder is 0.25 mg twice per day, with a maximum dosage of 2 mg twice per day.
For seizure disorders, the starting dosage is typically 0.5 mg three times per day.
